“A Legacy trip wouldn’t be a Legacy trip without our students.
During a mission, we don’t just work to care for populations that need it and educate them to help them take care of themselves, we also work to cultivate and inspire future medical and administrative leaders.
These are the people that we will pass the torch to in the future. Every organization is very intentional about have a succession plan and leadership pipeline.
The Legacy student experience is our leadership pipeline.
